The mission of The National Polocrosse Association

Yesterday was a bit of a disappointment as our worst fears, as players, came true. People do not like new things or changes. This association has two goals. Grow the number of players in the United States and increase the skill level of the players in the US. As a large country membership in polocrosse has not grown even though we are the fastest growing horse sport. We lose valuable members/players and we do not replace them fast enough. A small poll of why people stopped playing and the main reason was-polocrosse was no longer fun. That was surprising and also a little sad. The second reason was distance and timing between tournaments.

The NPA will not replace the current system in place but will enhance the sport of polocrosse and offer new and different opportunities. We are excited to play more polocrosse and hope you are too!
